Hmm... Still looks kinda flat... And I still dun really know how to paint the reflective layer of the eye...

Make the white of the eyes greyish-white. I noticed eyes are not totally white due to shadow, inherent pinks and mostly greys. Courteousy of MRT rides at rush hour.
