Animation Mentor Week 2

This was my assignment for last week, sketch people outside, then choose one I like best (in terms of pose). Critique from my mentor tells me that

1) Not enough focus on line of action
2)I'm not "feeling" the pose, but just drawing what I see (thats true)
3)Need to describe state of the body more (is the hand relaxed? is that foot tense up?)
4)Push the pose of Stu a little more, oppose shoulders and hips (I knew this dammit, but I forgot to put it in when I was in the process of battling the rig to do what I want))
