Above the jungles of South Africa, tribes spoke of flying gnomes known locally as
"Riders in the Clouds". These fearsome deities glide among the clouds and was said to struck their victim with their poisoned spears. They are generically engineered by Nibirians, the creators of Homo Sapiens. Their true purpose was to act as sentries above humankind, ever sniffing at any signs of disobedience. Their flying vehicles are very well hidden among the clouds, which would explain why they are always percieved to ride on the clouds. In the day most of them shy away from human eyes, at dusk they roam in the skies, emitting eerie glow above the jungle.
